Shipping & Returns

DELAYS

We do our best to ship ordered items as quickly as possible. That said, due to product availability and/or pickup schedules, your shipment may be delayed. All orders will be processed in the order they are received. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via phone or email. If contacting us by phone, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your patience.

We use FedEx Ground as our primary, preferred shipment method. We do realize that some instances may require expedited shipping; subsequently, you may be required to pay the additional premium for the expedited delivery.

 

LOSS OR DAMAGE

In the event of a lost package or damaged package you must report the loss immediately. Shipments damages must be reported to Texas Small Batch by email (in no more than 3 days, in order for us to file a loss claim for restitution.)

Please be aware that Texas Small Batch uses FedEx shipping as its shipping partner. Texas Small Batch is not responsible for any FedEx shipping related issue. Texas Small Batch will help with any documents or information needed to accelerate the FEDEX INVESTIGATION that the customer shall file independently.

For our customers who choose the insurance option please be aware that it does not cover packages with DELIVERED STATUS. the customer shall contact FEDEX directly, insurance will cover lost or damaged packages if FEDEX determines it was lost or damaged.

 

SHIPPING QUOTES

To get a shipping quote, simply add items to your cart to start the check-out process. You may enter an address and calculate shipping for your order on the “Shopping Cart,” or later during the final “Checkout” page. We use “real-time” quotes from our shipper, and they are solely based on the physical address you enter. If your billing address is different than the address you want us to ship to, we provide a separate shipping address section on the final checkout page.

 

RETURNS & CANCELED ORDERS

All sales are final, we cannot take ammunition in returns that has been in the hands of the public. Exceptions are made for defective merchandise only. In the event you receiving product that is defective from the manufacturer,  Texas Small Batch will provide a refund.

If a shipment is refused or canceled, the order is subject to a 30% restocking fee. No refund of original shipping charges will be made on refused shipments or canceled orders that have been picked up by the shipping company. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer and if a package is refused, this fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
